Best Restaurants at Denver International Airport
I have not one, but three great ideas for eating at Denver International Airport.
Colorado, as you know, is known for its home grown microbreweries. Two of the better breweries in the state have recently opened up restaurants at the airport. A third is on its way.
In the main terminal, near the big fountain on level 5, you will find the Boulder Beer Taphouse. They offer a variety of locally brewed beers and some decent food.
On Concourse B, the huge United Airlines concourse, all the way on the east side at the regional jet complex, you will find the New Belgium Hub. New Belgium Brewery is the maker of Fat Tire Amber Ale, and is considered by many to be the premier craft brewery in Colorado.
Finally, the Denver ChopHouse and Brewery is coming to Concourse A later this year. The ChopHouse is a fixture in the heart of downtown Denver. It is known for both it's fine steaks and it's locally brewed beer. It has also been the host of serveral Denver Broncos and Colorado Avalanche victory celebrations.
DIA is a massive airport, and until recently, it was not known for it's food. Fortunately, it is now gaining a reputation for being the home of several of the nation's top breweries in any place, let alone an international airport.
