Grape Juice Festival, Livorno
Not the kind of grape juice we had as kids from those plastic cups with the top on them, this fun, youthful and FREE festival in Livorno is a great way to rock out and still have money left for the train ride back to town.
Starting next week on Thursday Sept 11th to Sunday September 14th , this “traditional” festival takes place in the district Collinaia, Livorno. It is a 5th edition of festival with great live concerts, lively DJ’s, Live Theater, video art, parades, art exhibitions, crafts marketplace, you name it. They’ll even offer food to purchase and “refreshments”..no grape juice to be found.
The entrance to the performances is free, so be sure to get there early to claim a seat. Located on via Grotta delle, the program consists of a wide range of music styles, from Italian Rock to smooth American style Nora Jones.
