Attraction

Koala Park, West Pennant Hills

Not an attraction often talked about as the location of Koala Park is in the north west of the greater Sydney region in West Pennant Hills. Koala Park is a sanctuary of native animals since 1930. Originally a place to protect koalas from being shot and made into fur, the site today acts like a mini zoo and allowing visitors to have a close encounter with many of the kept animals.

There is a feeding time of the koalas that will give you a chance to see these normally lazy and stationary animals active. There are 4 feeding times daily. Please visit their website for further information.

Food stores are available onsite for lunch or snacks.

Unfortunately, due to its location, access to Koala Park is either through a combination of train and bus travel, or with a bus tour or self-drive.

Entry fee: $19 Adults, $9 Children.
