Wednesday the 16th: Pastora is from Barcelona, but made it big a while back with that catchy tune “Lola”. She and her band put on a good performance.
Monday the 21st: Palau 100 is a concert put on by the city’s orchestra in celebration of La Palau de la Música’s 100th Birthday. La Palau is most definitely the most spectacular theater in Barcelona.
Saturday the 26th: José Mercé does Flamenco well, so well in fact, that he’s won Córdoba National Competition and is now coming to Barcelona to perform in the city’s International Guitar Festival.
Wednesday the 30th: Balkan Beat Box combines rap, electro-funk, brass and beatbox. They’ve got a sound all their own and a whole lot of energy.
