Miami Spice Restaurant Week
Flavorful Miami is celebrated at a variety of dining venues and by a fantastic range of culinary talent during the week of August 1 to September 30. The annual Miami Spice Restaurant Week is a seven- day marathon of cuisine excellence, an opportunity for leading and newly established fine dining esablishments to promote their specialties. Restaurants from Aventura all the way south to Key Biscayne partake with three-course signature meals (Lunch $23; Dinner $36). Some restaurants will also be taking part earlier in the summer in the Miami Spice Sneak Preview during June 16-30, 2008. To find out what days restaurants are offering their Miami Spice Sneak Preview menu, just contact individual restaurants. Among those we think look especially enticing: Joley (lunch, dinner menu); Maison d’Azur; OLA Restaurant (dinner menu); Table 8 (lunch dinner) The prix fixe for lunch is $23, and the dinner is set at $34. If you plan to be in the Miami area at all during either the Sneak Preview week in June or the main event in August and September, now may be the time to think ahead to a lunch or dining experience at one of the city’s leading restaurants and at an equally excellent price.
