Noise AND Pop

  • News
  • Monday, February 16, 2009

I usually associate music festivals with the hot summer months, tents and outdoor venues. But, around here, we just can't wait that long. And besides, live music sounds good no matter what the season. Get ready for Noise Pop 2009.

This year, from February 24th to March 1st, join hundreds of bands at awesome locations throughout the city. Besides great music, this festival travels to locations throughout the city and if you venture to many of the show, it can provide a great tour of San Francisco. Between the Apple Store downtown, Artists' Television Access and Benders in the Mission District, Bottom of the Hill in Potrero Hill, Cafe Du Nord on Market Street, The Independent in NOPA, and Park Life on Clement Street, this music fest will send you all to a majority of our neighborhoods. Once you get there, do a little exploring at the neighborhood bars, before you join the masses for some guaranteed good music.
