Save a Spot at a Spirited Dinner
While you're in town for the big Tales of the Cocktail event, make sure to reserve a seat for the Spirited Dinners that will be happening at big name restaurants all over town! On Thursday, July 17, a whopping 23 restaurants will be participating in the event, with special menus perfectly paired with elegant cocktails. Iris and John Besh's Restaurant August are already booked up, and with menu prices fixed at $65-$85, it's no wonder! A normal meal at any of these restaurants easily runs for that amount, and that's just if you inlcude one drink and a couple of courses.
Participants include 5 Fifty 5, Andrea's, Bombay Club, Brennan's, GW Fins, La Cote Brasserie, MILA, Pelican Club, Ralph's on the Park, Stella, Zoe, and Wolfe's in the Warehouse, among others. 7 on Fulton and Bacco will also be on the roster, but frankly, I consider them good, not great, and would spend the extra money on a more legendary restaurant like Commander's or Antoine's for a truly unforgettable experience.
