It differentiates from other bars for its delightful cuisine inspired by Latin American with Asian reminiscences. It highlights: Bondiola del Sur (with a sauce made with raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries over a mattress of green leaves and cassava chips); or Pollo Desguesado a la Italiana (pont neuf potatoes and eggplant chutney); or Sorrentinos de ricotta y gruyere.
