"Food service closed Oct. 26 for operating without a license." Does any person expect sanitary facilities when dining at a gas station? That the Department of Health even requires Amoco's food mart to have a license… demonstrates that DC's bureaucracy has run amuck. With gas's exorbitant cost and impact on the environment and the fact that gas stations seem to be staffed by illegals, the DC government should have greater concerns with Amoco than it not having a license to serve stale wieners.
