"Located in the former Lowenstein Theatre Complex, adjacent to the Tattered Cover Book Store, the restaurant features a long elegant bar, a slim modern dining room flooded by natural light and the sounds of live show tunes and standards from their own baby grand. As an American bar and grill, Encore's menu is seasoned with homegrown traditions and culinary twists by executive Chef Sean Huggard. The menu features flat breads pizzas, such as prosciutto paired with fig jam and arugula pizza, appetizers, such as the roasted artichoke with truffle butter and herb aioli, and signature main courses, such as Moroccan style beef short ribs. Steve Whited, co-owner, opened the Black Pearl restaurant in Denver's South Pearl Neighborhood along with Huggard in 2005. Together they bring a talent for exceptional dining experiences in this growing Uptown neighborhood."
