The Havelock Tavern

Category: Pubs

Address: 57 Masbro Road, London, England

Description: Since April 1996 when The Havelock Tavern was re-opened as a gastropub, it has been under the same ownership/management team. Unlike many gastropubs, which are really restaurants in old pub buildings, The Havelock is still run very much as a pub - but with the good food. Consequently, we never take bookings and only accept cash and cheques. The atmosphere is lively and informal. A good place to spend a relaxed evening over a meal with friends or to have a quick bite to eat before or after a trip to the cinema perhaps.
