Green Beanery
565 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada
In 2007, Green Beanery opened Canada's largest coffee equipment retail store -- a 2650 square feet store, with more than 100 feet of frontage, at the corner of Bloor and Bathurst, one Toronto's most famous intersections. The Green Beanery store will be unique: It will be a roastery that offers 50 varieties of roasted coffees -- more than any other roastery or coffee shop in the world -- many of them organic and fair trade coffee varieties. It will also be unique because of its environmental nature. The staff are environmentalists as well as coffee lovers, part of the team at one of Canada's largest federally registered charities: Energy Probe Research Foundation and its Probe International division. At any time, we expect our store will be welcoming environmental visitors from around the world, in town for work or play. When in downtown Toronto, we invite you to drop by to partake of a truly unique environment. You never know who you might meet over a cup of coffee!

La Hacienda
640 Queen Street West., Toronto, ON, Canada
La Hacienda first opened its doors for business in August 1985 ... It was the idea of a few enterprizing Queen Street musicians who were seeking a way to pursue both their musical and culinary endeavors. The answer they arrived at was to prepare hearty, inexpensive, fresh market Tex-Mex food  for people just like themselves. The idea seemed to be a good fit for the Queen Street West of the 1980's, which was  fast transforming itself into one of Canada's most recognizable destinations for Alternative / Underground music, fashion, art, and theatre.   La Ha's laid back bohemian atmosphere, eclectic music and spicy food found a real niche in the community and quickly became a neighbourhood hangout for musicians, artists and people who lived and worked in the area. Over time, word began to spread about LaHa's fabulous Sunday Brunch Menu and it continues  to grow and attract a loyal following for its array of hearty TexMex Omlettes and customer favorite LaHa French Toast. Located just minutes from Toronto's Music district, La Hacienda continues to be a magnetic for visiting out of town musicians and bands who have made LaHa a must visit stop to eat and soak up the Queen Street West vibes before returning to their cross Canada tours. La Ha's backyard patio has been called one of the best kept secrets on the Queen Street West strip. Cosy and quiet, tucked under a tree, its a great place to relax with a pitcher of Margaritas on a hot  Summer  night.

Our ground chuck is made to our specifications and it is always fresh never frozen. Our classic burger is a 6oz charbroiled burger served on a sesame seed bun that comes with the option of all the classic fixings: tomato, lettuce, pickles, red onion, ketchup, Dijon mustard and mayonnaise. Our menu includes some creative twists on the classic burger, including three feature burgers. The Craft Burger comes with sautéed mushrooms & roasted garlic mayo, the Craft Spicy has caramelized onions & chipotle mayo and the Craft Bleu adds fresh avocado & gorgonzola cheese. You can also craft your own burger with our homemade toppings, sauces and a smoked Canadian cheddar or gorgonzola cheese. The menu also features a juicy grilled chicken breast and a veggie burger to satisfy everyone’s tastes. At Craft Burger, we source fresh Canadian ingredients in order to deliver the best possible product. Our menu features hand cut French fries made fresh every day and cooked in trans fat-free canola oil. Homemade milkshakes, fresh salad greens, traditional poutine, Craft cookies and a selection of unique beverages are also available. We want to exceed your expectations, from excellent food to a clean environment and exceptional service. Due to the freshness of our product and our limited seating, we can't always serve as many customers as fast as we would like. We appreciate your patience and hope you have an enjoyable experience. Our customers are very important to us; please let us know how we can serve you better.
